May 2023 Giveaway – Official Rules
Max Travel, Inc. is hosting a Points Giveaway for U.S. residents aged 18 or older, running from April 24th to May 29th. Participants can enter by booking hotels through the Max Travel app during the Entry Period. No purchase is necessary; see below for details. One winner will be randomly selected each week to receive 10,000 Max Travel reward points. Weekly drawings will take place every Monday in May. These points can be redeemed within the Max Travel app to save $100 on future hotel bookings. Winners will be notified via email, and the points will be deposited into their Max Travel account. Winners must have a valid Max Travel account to claim the prize.
Eligibility
The Max Travel Points Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Max Travel, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
Sponsor
The Giveaway is sponsored by Max Travel, Inc., 11400 West Olympic Blvd. Suite 200 Los Angeles, CA, 90064 (the "Sponsor").
Agreement to Official Rules
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on April 24, 2023, at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on May 28, 2023, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter
During the Entry Period, participants can enter the Giveaway in two ways:
a. Purchase-based entry: Participants will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway for each hotel booking made through the Max Travel app during the Entry Period.
b. No purchase necessary entry: Participants can complete the online survey found at https://m8c8jklx6s0.typeform.com/to/JW74O49B during the Entry Period to receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway. Completing the survey does not require a purchase.
Limit one (1) entry per person, per week, regardless of the method of entry. Any attempt by a participant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or logins, or any other methods, will void all of that participant's entries and that participant may be disqualified at the Sponsor's discretion.
Prize Drawings
The Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received during each week of the Promotion Period. Drawings will take place on May 1, 2023; May 8, 2023; May 15, 2023; May 22, 2023; and May 29, 2023. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prize
Each winner will receive 10,000 Max Travel reward points, which can be redeemed within the Max Travel app to save $100 on future hotel bookings. The approximate retail value of each prize is $100. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion.
Winner Notification
The potential winners will be notified by email within 3 business days of each drawing. If the winner has an existing Max Travel account, the reward points will be deposited directly into their account. If a potential winner does not have a Max Travel account, they must create one within 72 hours after the first attempt to contact them. If they fail to create an account within this timeframe, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner in their place at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Claiming the Prize
To claim the prize, the winner must have a valid Max Travel account or create one within 72 hours of being notified. The Max Travel points will be deposited into the winner's account electronically.
General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Terms & Disputes
The Giveaway is governed by the Max Travel Terms of Use. Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any prize awarded shall be resolved in accordance with the Terms of Use.
